Frequently asked questions

No. Only the telephone numbers assigned by the main user can operate (or change) the system.

Is there enough network coverage at the place where the alarm is hanging?
Does the card fit securely into the cardholder?

Is the subscription still in order?

You must first connect to ESWIFI (the V2 box itself) before you request the identification of the device,if necessary, push the reconnect button and wait for aprox. 20 seconds, the id wil appear in the designated box ( in the app)

First off, make sure your SIM card is not protected by a PIN code.
If the SIM security of your card has been deactivated, turn the control panel off, insert your SIM card in the control panel and turn it on. Check the GSM signal indicator: if the indicator blinks once every 2 seconds, the control panel is connected to the GSM network. If however the LED indicator blinks once every second, we advise you to move the control panel to a location where the GSM reception is better...

the alarm Panel must be powered on and connected to the grid when programming new accessories. Back-up battery can't support connecting. then follow the manual to connect a tag.

Try replacing the jumpers of your detector according to the drawings. (Warning: once you have assigned the detector to a new zone, do not forget to connect it again to your control panel.)

there probably is no connection to the telephone network, check the correct positioning of the SIM card, is this PIN free? Repeat the procedure to program a phone number, ( send "6" to the unit ) and see if your signal is sufficient ( 1 "blink" every 2 seconds)

All eTiger systems, except the eTIger Wifi systems, can be operated by sending SMS messages. Even the simplest phone with an SMS function has the ability to control eTig systems.

Make sure there is a battery in your detector. The ES-D3B is powered by 1 23A battery.
If there is already a battery in your detector, make sure the battery comply with the requirements (23A). If it does, make sure you have registered the detector in the control panel of your alarm system. To register the detector in the control panel, we advise you to use our Connection Assistant

If you have a pet at home, we recommend you to use the pet-immune motion sensor ES-D2A, which does not detect animals (up to 25 kg). If false alarms are not caused by a pet, Avoid mounting the detector close to windows, air conditioner, heater, refrigerator, oven, sunshine and places where the temperature changes fast or where the air stream flows frequently.

It is often a "beep" of the network generated when the signal goes on and off the cellular tower synchronizing network time,depending on your telephone/internet provider a ping is sent. This Ping causes the "beep" on your control panel. This beep cannot be turned off.

In the app, the names can be adjusted via the menu. An SMS will be created with the names to be set which will be assigned after sending.

Please store the phone numbers which are to be noticed first. When there is an alert, the panel will send an SMS first and/or call to them, this in regular intervals until the panel is disarmed.

For models S3 and S4, all passwords are stored locally and are not connected to the network. So you can't recover it, (unless your phone has this function). It's best to delete the app from you phone. Redownload the appand register again.

The special 433 MHz frequency and the different code combinations make it possible to establish a secure connection between accessories. If a connection is made, when a sensor is activated, the signal will be sent to the panel via the secure connection.

Insert a normal GSM SIM card into the card slot in the panel and store your alarm numbers. When a accessory detects an emergency, the panel and siren will hoot and connected users will receive alert messages and/or calls.

As soon as the batteries of the sensors are almost empty, this will be indicated on the sensors themselves by means of the LED-indicator but also an SMS will be sent with the message that the battery is almost empty.

Battery life varies by use. On average, these will last one year. If the sensors are positioned where they are frequently detected, this will affect battery life and shorten battery life.

The system can support up to 50 wireless sensors,the first connected accessories is named zone 1, the second is in zone 2, and so on.The first 9 can be renamed by the user, from the 10th they are sequentially numbered

this can be set by on the panel,in the App or by the jumpers inside the detectors,.all the sensors in normal zone are armed except those accessories which are in Home mode, they remain disarmed, so that you can move freely around your home.

Please make sure the SIM card is activated, make sure the PIN code is unlocked by cell phone. When you insert the SIM card, the GSM Led of the alarm is flashing once per second,indicating it's searching the network. If it flashes once every two seconds,this means the GSM signal is received. If the GSM signal is insufficient, please try to change a new SIM card, or change the location of the device

Turn off the system by sliding the button to 'Off'. Then the panel can be switched on again and the connection should be made.

If you have already registered your detector in the control panel, bear in mind when you test the detector that if it is triggered more than twice within 3 minutes, it will automatically switch to standby mode to save energy. If no movement is detected within the next 3 minutes, the detector automatically returns to normal operating mode

Make sure there are batteries in your detector. The ES-D1A is powered by 2 AA 1.5V batteries. If there are already batteries in your detector, make sure the batteries comply with the requirements (AA 1.5V). If they do, make sure to have registered the detector in the control panel of your alarm system

Depending on the model,first you should enable the phone remote control function ( S4 model).When you are out,call the phone number and input the command to remotely control the system.For other GSM - alarm systems,just send commands through SMS or App by smartphone.

The detector is probably connected to the out side sirene as a "stand - alone" alarm.Preform a reset: 1. press the connection button for one second 2.the LED lights up: Press the arm button on the remote control. 3.press the disarm buttonon the remote control.4.Press and hold the connection button of the siren until you hear 3 beeps ( 7 seconds)All accessoiries or control panels have been deleted from the siren. then reconnect the sirene before the dectectors making sure none of them are in the detection field of the sirene and vice versa.

All available eTiger apps can be downloaded free of charge (App Store or Google Play) and full functionality can be used free of charge.

All eTiger panels have the possibility to connect a variety of accessories. A number of accessories are included in a kit. It is therefore possible to add up to 50 accessories for a panel from a kit.

If you do not get a response from the system, it usually means that signal coverage across the network is not sufficient, try the device elsewhere in the house, where a better signal is received.

There are different settings for the sensors. If a sensor is set in Home mode and Home mode is enabled on the system, the system will not sound an alarm when sensors are triggered.

1. Check the small LED of the alarm:
Green fixed only: Not connected to Wi-Fi router
Green + Blue(Continuous): Connected to Wi-Fi router
2. Check the Alarm is connected to the router, please refer to attached file.
3. Reconnect the alarm to home's router, please refer to attached file.
4. If the alarm still offline after step1,2 and 3, please try delete the alarm from the account, then reconnect the alarm to the app.

On all smartphones with a recent version of the iOS or Android operating system, the apps can be downloaded and used. Depending on the system, this requires a mobile connection or mobile internet/Wifi connection.

eTiger systems are easy, reliable and cost-free. There are no contracts or hidden charges. The only possible costs may arise when using a SIM card. This could be, for example, an SMS to switch on or off. If the system works via Wi-Fi, there are no costs at all.

With eTiger apps, you can control your alarm systems from anywhere in the world using a mobile phone. The apps are available in both the App Store and Google Play. For the eTiger Wifi systems, the app is necessary to operate the system. With eTiger GSM systems, the app ensures that fewer SMS messages need to be sent.

Depending on which eTiger system you are using, there are several ways in which you will be notified of the alarm. In all cases, the internal siren of the panel and any optional external sirens will sound. You will then receive a notification via a push message, SMS and/or telephone call and you can respond to this immediately via the app, SMS or the keypad of the telephone.

The eTiger's built-in siren will sound instantly. At the same time, the stored alarm phone numbers will be texted in order. After the SMS has been sent, the stored alarm telephone numbers will be called in order. If an optional siren is connected, it will also sound immediately in the event of an alarm.

In the event of a power failure, the built-in rechargeable battery will take over the operation of the panel. A report is sent to the administrator that the power supply has failed. Depending on the system, it can remain in standby mode for an average of 8 hours.

The Anti -Tamper button protects the control panel from being opened or removed from it's mounting surface or bracket. At the control panel,the anti tamper switch is on the back of the device

By default, the passcode of the S3b control panel is 1234. However, we strongly advise you to change this immediately during the initial set up!

eTiger systems have no monthly costs and can be installed within minutes without the need for an installer. The design also blends in with your living environment and therefore does not need to be hidden in the meter cupboard. There are many different accessories that are easy to add for intrusion detection as well as gas/smoke/water detection.

eTiger alarm systems are all work on a radio frequency 433Mhz and a GSM frequency 900/1800/1900Mhz.

Your children,familie or visitor can use it to unlock the door and disarm the system, without the code,while you, -the owner-, will / can receive a notice message.Re-arming is done by a single touch on the panel

In order to leave enough time for you to exit/enter your home without triggering the sensors, you can set certain delay time for the system.this can be done by SMS code /app or the panel

This means the connection has been severed, you should reset,reconnect and re-program the device.

All modern Wifi standards at 2.4 GHz are supported. The speed of the Internet can affect the performance of the system. It is recommended to connect a fast and well-functioning Internet connection to the system for optimal operation.

This can have a number of causes , mainly sim card or reception related, please read on to address the problem.

Messages can only be sent but only if roaming is enabled. and your Phone numbers are programmed with an international code Check the roaming settings in your smartphone. To receive messages over the Internet,an Internet connection is required. This can be done abroad via Wi-Fi, When using the internet abroad, the costs are often higher

Our systems meet the European "RED" directive shielding them from signals from other RED compliant devices,however we recommend no WI-FI routers are located within 2 meters of the control panel,this will help to maintain strong communication signals between the panel and it's accessories
