The alarm is offline, I can not connect via de App

Alarm systems, Wi-Fi connection / Alarms /

1. Check the small LED of the alarm:
Green fixed only: Not connected to Wi-Fi router
Green + Blue(Continuous): Connected to Wi-Fi router
2. Check the Alarm is connected to the router, please refer to attached file.
3. Reconnect the alarm to home's router, please refer to attached file.
4. If the alarm still offline after step1,2 and 3, please try delete the alarm from the account, then reconnect the alarm to the app.
