Check out the following things:
- Is there enough network coverage at the place where the alarm is hanging?
- Does the card fit securely into the cardholder?
- Has the PIN been deleted?
- Is the subscription still in order?
Do following steps :
- Send a "6" to the alarm by SMS, get a list back ( 1-5) copy/paste it into a new message and program your phone number next to no. 1.
- Send the message back to your alarm.
- Rreply to the alarm with "OK".
- You can communicate with the alarm using the SMS codes and the app.
